A Sunday of Zen

Please join us for a service from Zen Monk Rick Gendo Testa. Rick Gendo Testa is the director of Shoshinkan Dojo, a training center for Aikido and Zen Buddhism in Providence, Rhode Island. Little Lambs Foundation for Kids

Please join us this Sunday as we hear from Ted Chalfant from the Little Lambs Foundation for Kids. Little Lambs is an organization that serves Cache Valley by providing diapers and baby supplies to low-income families and provides services for children in foster care. Living with Trauma

October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month and this Sunday we will have a service on what it’s like ‘Living With Trauma’ given by Sondra Scott. Even though traumatic incidents themselves will not be discussed this service does cover a difficult topic, so please be aware it comes with a content or trigger warning.
