Please join us Sunday to hear about Tara’s faith journey. Here’s what she has to say about it, “I was born into the covenant of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My family were devout Mormons. Come Sunday, and listen to the story of me losing my religion and finding Unitarian Universalism.”
Lay Leader Tara Hawkins will be giving a homily on Going Dormant. The topics covered will be related to seasons and cycles and how these affect our relationship with God.
Cache Valley Unitarian Universalists is a lay-led congregation. Rather than relying on a full-time minister, members of our congregation give of their time and talents to provide our worship experience. Given that our services come from members, friends, and invited guests, they mirror the diversity each of us brings to this community. Join us for refreshments and conversation following the service.
This Sunday we will explore the artistic process with music from Salduro, Music Director Lyndi Perry will say a few words, and creation will abound. Come and enjoy creative chaos with us!
Beloved Community and what that means both in and out of the walls of our sanctuary. We will touch on the plight of those affected by the repeal of the Dream Act and how our coming together as a church community can change the narrative in the wider world.
