Creating Your Best Life

This Sunday we will be hearing from Dr. Dee Frayne on “How to create your best life.” She is currently a life coach with a blog and website “My Yes Life,” using a blend of science and spirituality she teaches people how to shift their mindset to create their best life. Cache Valley Unitarian Universalists is a lay-led congregation. A Safer Congregation

Safety is an issue of increasing importance to faith communities. This Sunday we will be talking about ways we can practice our Unitarian Universalist faith in our congregation while utilizing the UUA’s recommendations for becoming a safer congregation. Reflections on Different Faiths

This Sunday we have the opportunity to hear from JaNae Francis with a talk, “Feeling Spirit in any Setting.” JaNae Francis is a former journalist from Ogden who wrote a faith based column in the paper and has since published a book based on the column called, “Spiritual Reflections: Columns On Faith.”   Cache Valley Unitarian Universalists is a lay-led congregation. This I Believe

Long time CVUUers Jo and Jordan Leary will present a “This I Believe” service. The “This I Believe” series provides an opportunity for members and friends of CVUU to reflect upon beliefs and core values that guide us in our daily lives and to share the diversity of beliefs of our congregation.
