Soul Matters – Paying Attention

Paying attention opens the potential to wake us up to beauty, love, pain, and opportunity. Unitarian Universalist Principles and Values

Not many people may know that the principles and values of Unitarian Universalism have evolved significantly since its founding in 1961. Awe and wonder, those moments of “wow”, can reduce stress, boost creativity, and increase connection and happiness. Meet in person at CVUU or online through Zoom on Sunday at 10:00 AM.

Cultivating Compassion with a side of Boundaries

Cultivating Compassion with a side of Boundaries – not just niceness and thoughtful feelings. It’s about the impulse that drives us to action, and the wisdom to care for ourselves, too.   Meet in person at CVUU or online through Zoom on Sunday at 10:00 AM.

This I Believe

On July 20, Sally will share her Faith Journey with us, including “An inordinate fondness for stars and beetles.” Her belief landscape has seen a lot of change. What holds meaning for her as of late is a hodgepodge of various religious ideas, human psychology and archetypes, science, and even some math. Meet in person at CVUU or online through Zoom on Sunday at 10:00 AM.
