This coming Sunday we will have a service on Ethical and Sustainable Fashion by Sondra Scott. It will address issues of environmental pollution and also human exploitation in the textile and garment industry as well as going over some beginner steps on ways to support better practices. This service covers issues of environmental sustainability and social justice that are important to Unitarian Universalists and falls under two of our UU principles: Respect for the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part, and Justice, equality, and compassion in human relations.
