Guest speaker Bethany Balady of CASPA, is a key partner in an amazing ongoing effort between Cache Pride Center (CVUU’s program for LBGTQA+ teens), CAPSA, and Fast Forward High School. In honor of April being sexual assault awareness month, Bethany will help us understand the broader context of how this community partnership — of which CVUU is an important piece — reaches out and supports vulnerable teens in our community. Cache Valley Unitarian Universalists is a lay-led congregation. Rather than relying on a full-time minister, members and friends of our congregation and invited guests, give of their time and talents to provide our worship experience, mirroring the diversity each of us brings to this community.
