Congregational Consultant, Kay Crider, will be with us on November 4-6, 2016. She will meet with our board, staff, members and friends on Friday evening and Saturday to hear about our culture, concerns, and our hopes and priorities and facilitate a Saturday afternoon workshop (details to come) to craft a vision for moving forward.
On Sunday Kay will present her initial observations and recommendations to the congrega-tion after the service. A detailed written report delivered within two weeks of the visit will contain observations, data analysis, and a timeline of recommendations customized for us.
Finger foods and childcare will be provided during Kay’s presentation after the Sunday service.
