This Father’s Day Tara will look at how Patriarchy undermines fathers and Feminism supports them. When talking about Feminism we usually focus on how circumscribed women’s lives are and how equality would change that. Tara will look at how men’s lives are just as rigidly circumscribed and how this is a detriment to us all.
Join us this Sunday for a lively, respectful discussion of the difference between liberal religion and liberal politics. We will be discussing how UUs can better bridge the liberal/conservative divide and truly become a liberal religion, where discussions of all political ideologies and are welcome.
Chris Lant will share his take on the CVUU series “This I Believe”. He will talk about growth, leadership, and what brought him to Unitarian Universalism.
Join us as we examine The Nature of Money and Giving: Why we Give, How, and a brief history of CVUU and its Community Commitment. We will NOT be asking for money, but will discuss how giving impacts ourselves, and others.

We will not be having services Christmas morning, Sunday, December 25th. Instead, there will be an open mic share night from 6pm – 7pm. Bring a treat to share.
