Jay Black is a long-time CVUU member, past president and board member and tilter of windmills for CVUU to have its own home some years ago. A former USU faculty member and endowed chair in ethics at the University of South Florida, he and his wife Leslie returned to Logan upon retirement, and have been active members of the community. His homily Sunday, “This I Believe,” traces his changing views on stewardship, religion, and spirituality, and challenges the congregation regarding ethical secular humanism.
